In-keeping with the spring-like, new-beginnings feel that’s all around us at the moment, I have a lovely competition for you. Sarah O’Callaghan, founder of Papier Prints, has very kindly offered a personalised baby print for one lucky reader – perhaps for your own baby, or as a gift for a friend.
I’m always delighted to help support new Irish businesses, particularly those started by mothers, and I asked Sarah to tell me how the business came about:
“As a new mom, I was constantly searching for meaningful new baby gifts – as all our friends were having babies at the same time! I have a background in design and communications, so I created a personalised baby print as a Christening present for a friend and then kept getting asked to recreate it. Spurred on by this interest, I then decided to develop my own range of personalised baby prints, and designing each one was a labour of love. And so Papier Prints began.”
Sarah goes on to tell me a little more about the products:
“Papier Prints, based in Dublin, create personalised baby prints that are perfect as new baby gifts and Christening presents. Our personalised baby prints capture baby’s precious birth details; date, time, place of birth and weight and are a beautiful keepsake. Printed on luxurious Italian paperstock using pigment ink, our prints are archival quality and are beautifully framed, using plexiglass for added safety. Papier Prints love to create memories in print for you.”
